You are surrounded by people most of the time! Even when you go for a walk alone, there are other people on the same walkway, most of the time!

At all times, there are people looking at you! There are people looking up to you, whether you know or not, whether you like it or not, and whether you are aware of it or not!

The first step to building on this already existing leadership skill (which is in all of us) is to learn to lead ourselves. Only when we can lead and manage ourselves, we can effectively lead others around us.
